Pam Peeling, a dedicated professional with a rich background in Customer Service and Human Resources, joined the City of Fulton as a Civil Service/Personnel Administrator on March 4, 2024. Pam brings a unique perspective to her role, blending years of experience with a fresh enthusiasm for her new position.

Living a peaceful life on a quiet country road, Pam shares her home with her beloved dog, Tauri. Surrounded by trees and wildlife, she enjoys the tranquility and inspiration that her natural surroundings provide.

Throughout her career, Pam has developed valuable people and communication skills. She takes pride in connecting with individuals and making meaningful contributions to their lives, a quality she carries into her current role in civil service.

Pam encourages others new to civil service to embrace learning opportunities, ask questions, and build strong working relationships. “Learn as much as you can,” she advises. “Reach out to others for answers and make good working relationships.”

Outside of work, Pam is an accomplished artist and crafter with a passion for leatherworking. She creates hand-tooled leather journal covers, wallets, bracelets, bookmarks, and more. As a newcomer to the civil service system, Pam is still exploring its many facets. While she hasn’t been involved with committees or community organizations yet, she looks forward to expanding her role and contributions in the future.
