• Sunday: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Monday: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM

🏨 Hotel Check-In Reminder
To ensure a smooth hotel check in, you must present your tax-exempt form at check-in. This is required to avoid sales tax charges. Please also be ready to provide a credit card for incidentals (if you agency/company has not already done so).

🚗 Parking Information

• Hotel Parking: Enter from Maple Avenue (Map). DO NOT scan the QR code in the lot – parking is included for Hilton guests.
• City Center Garage: This is a public garage and not affiliated with the hotel. First hour is free; $2/hour after that, max $15/day. Lost ticket fee: $45.

• Sunday -Reception in Saratoga Foyer Sunday 5:00 PM to 7:00PM – Hors d’oeuvres and cash bar.
• Monday Night Dinner – Semi-formal attire required (Pre-Reservations Required)
• Tuesday Event – Casual and relaxed (Pre-Reservations Required)
