Rockland County’s recruitment efforts extend far beyond the office. By participating in the T.E.E.N. Works Program through the Rockland County Youth Bureau, the department has supported youth development workshops that encourage leadership and workforce readiness.

In addition, attending Naturalization Ceremonies has allowed the department to connect with new citizens, welcoming them into the community and sharing opportunities to serve through local government roles.
