The New York State Association of Personnel and Civil Services Officers is proud to announce that Brian Jweid, Director of Civil Service Administration for Oneida County and 2nd Vice President of NYSAPCSO, has been recognized by his alma mater, SUNY Polytechnic Institute, with the inaugural “Wildcat of the Year” Award in Career Services. The award was presented during SUNY Poly’s Homecoming Weekend on Saturday, September 20, 2025.
