The Executive Committee for the New York State Association of Personnel and Civil Service Officers (NYSAPCSO) is pleased to announce that the 2025 annual conference will be held again at the Saratoga Hilton in Saratoga Springs, NY from Monday, June 2nd, 2025 to Wednesday, June 4th, 2025! There will be an early arrival option again for those traveling for Sunday, June 1st.

Saratoga Springs, NY, is a charming city renowned for its historic horse racing track, which dates back to 1863, making it one of the oldest in the United States. Beyond racing, Saratoga is celebrated for its vibrant downtown, brimming with shops, restaurants, and art galleries. The city also boasts natural mineral springs, attracting visitors for their reputed health benefits. Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) is another highlight, hosting concerts, ballet, and other performances. The combination of rich history, cultural attractions, and natural beauty makes Saratoga Springs a popular destination.

While the goal is to host the conference at a different centralized location each year, our association also keeps growing each year! As result, this limits our options for venues that would be able to accommodate our size at a reasonable price. Saratoga Hilton has been stellar with handling our  accommodations and has welcomes us back with open arms. We appreciate the hospitality of the venue and willingness to work with all our requests to make sure the annual conference is as memorable as possible for all our members!
