New York State Association of Personnel and Civil Service Officers (NYSAPCSO) is proud to serve and represent all Civil Service municipalities through the State of New York! The primary purpose of the NYSAPCSO is the education and training of its members. Membership consists of “any Civil Service Agency of a County, Town, Municipal Corporation or City, its officers, employees and retirees, in the State of New York.” We work to ensure municipal civil service commissions and personnel officers have the training, education, and support required to administer and enforce the New York State Civil Service Law in an equitable and consistent way.
